At Lisse, we want you to absolutely love your new pillowcase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pillowcases that have been opened or used.

Exchanges
We can offer an exchange only if the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Lisse will cover all shipping costs.
We recommend using trackable postage, as Lisse is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of:

Due to strict hygiene standards, opened or used pillowcases cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
